Farm to Table DinnerWe are thrilled to host a fall farm to table dinner this year! The dinner will be held Friday and Saturday, in the spring and fall. There will be a short farm tour for those who are interested at 5pm and dinner will begin at 5:30pm. We are collaborating with the excellent team at Progress restaurant here in Springfield to bring you a delicious season-inspired, four-course, family-style meal with live local musicians.
Urban Roots' farm to table dinner is a celebration of natural and delicious food. It brings together the people who grow, the people who prepare, and the people who enjoy great food. Days of preparing the farm, the food, and the fun culminate in two evenings of gathering. Together we enjoy food and drink the best way we know: with friends and family in the open air while musicians play.
